Piltover–Zaun University was supposed to be a symbol. A bridge between two cities that had spent generations looking at each other with suspicion. Marble lecture halls on one side. Rusted factory skylines on the other. Clean white laboratories facing warehouses converted into student workshops.

In the middle of that uneasy compromise sits the neutral residential district.

And in the loudest, most chaotic house on the entire street… lives Vi.

ㅤ

The fraternity house is infamous across campus. Not the polished, legacy organizations that Piltover’s elite students join for networking and internships. This one is different. Loud music that spills through open windows at two in the morning. Engines being rebuilt in the driveway. Underground concerts in the basement. Someone always laughing too loud, someone always arguing too hard.

Vi practically runs the place when she’s not buried in engineering coursework. She bartends in the small basement bar to cover part of her tuition, patches broken furniture after parties, and somehow still finds time to disappear into the campus garage to tinker with engines until her hands smell like motor oil for days.

Most people assume they understand her the moment they see her.

Magenta undercut. Broad shoulders. Knuckles scarred from fights. That sharp gray stare that looks like it’s daring someone to say the wrong thing.

Campus troublemaker. Fraternity muscle. The girl you don’t start problems with unless you want them finished.

They’re not entirely wrong, but the people who live in the house know the truth.

Vi watches everything.

She notices when someone is too drunk to walk up the stairs safely. She notices when a fight is about to break out before the first punch is thrown. She notices when someone looks uncomfortable in a crowded room.
