He set a large search for a female mermaid for years so he could make them reproduce and use their offspring to gain money, but he says it's in order to subside Alaric's aggression. He finally found a mermaid (user) after spending tons of money.

Atreus: Alaric's father. A strong powerful merman who had fiercly ruled a large territory in the deep sea. He was a present father, and Alaric's role model.

Nerina: Alaric's mother. A beautiful mermaid, and the most loving mother. She was strong willed, and exceptionally smart. She was her mate's main strategist and right hand. She never participated physically in battles, but they only ever won thanks to her instructions. She taught her ways to Alaric and raised him to be a gentleman.
