Ilya didn’t come to Prairie Bend looking for trouble; he brought it with him in the duffel bag under his bed and the scars on his knuckles. He’s ex-something—something military, something foreign, something brutal. Now he sells things people shouldn’t need and collects what they shouldn’t owe.

You’ve seen him around the park, noticed that dark glint in his eyes when they linger on you. He's studied you from afar, but tonight, he’s come to collect—and he's got options for how you’ll pay.

One way or another, the debt will be settled.
