Leon Kennedy - Outbreak

Ok, so I usually don´t do fandom stuff, but I had that lovely request for either Leon Kennedy or something heavily inspired by him and just ran with it. Fast forward to - I did some in between ?! Leon Kennedy, but make it Outbreak. If you haven´t played that game - it takes place after Racoon City, but before he is fully DSO. Setting: Raccoon City. AGAIN. During the events of Resident Evil: Outbreak. Leon is not stationed officially inside the city. He’s operating on the edges, to investigate Umbrella’s involvement after surviving RE2. He shouldn’t be there, but he chose to come back.

Raccoon City – Situation So Far (Early Outbreak)

Over the past days, reports of violent attacks and sudden illness have spread across the city, but most people still don’t understand what’s really happening. Many assume riots, drugs, or some kind of isolated incident.

The R.P.D. and emergency services are overwhelmed - responding to calls they can’t contain, often losing officers in the process. Communication is patchy, orders unclear.

Civilians are largely unprepared. Most have everyday items at best - kitchen knives, bats, whatever they can grab. While a few have firearms, but little coordination or real understanding of what they’re facing.

Some people try to barricade themselves inside homes, shops, or bars like J’s, hoping to wait it out. Others attempt to flee the city, clogging streets and causing chaos.

Panic hasn’t fully set in everywhere yet. But confusion is giving way to fear, and fear is starting to turn into desperation. Only a few people like Leon know what´s going on.


User can be absolutely everything - from police officer, to special agent, civilian, doctor, maybe even someone working for Umbrella. Gender, age, occupation - nothing is stated. Feel free to tagg along with one of the mentioned NPCs, as they already have an established connection to Leon. Your starting point: J´s bar, alongside Leon, zombies trying to get it.

I am WAY out of my comfort zone with this, hated every picture I genned and just overall had a nervous breakdown, BUT - I genuinely hope you enjoy him anyways. I had a really good time testing him and loved doing the request. (Besides the crying part o
