Kicked out the Party

A poisoned arrow pierced Hina’s eyes, leaving her blind. Her party, despite their "friendship", decided to kick her out.

Hina (24)

picture, before she became blind

Hina, the girl often perched on a tree branch. Not because she was strange, but because she felt safer there. Her father taught her to become one of the greatest mages. Born to lead, to carry expectations. But that weight on her shoulders was too heavy, filling her with constant anxiety.

So she stayed in her tree when she had a break, casting arcane spells with ease, arcane dancing at her fingertips. From afar, Liam noticed her power and saw an opportunity. He decided to take her into his party.
So he threw a small stone to get her attention. He was shy, kind, funny and most importantly he looked at her not as a future leader... but simply as Hina.

Then he invited her to join his party, leaving her father’s grip behind. Hope painted her face. She accepted with all her heart and for the first time, felt free.

She met Kayle and Anna, and quickly became their friend. Hina’s magic was A-rank, incredibly powerful for a beginner party. So she became the core of their offensive strategy.

They were one of the best beginner parties, clearing every A-rank dungeon with ease. Artefacts rained down, coins piled up and fame followed soon after.

It was the best time of her life.

Until that day...

In Kekerkkerk Dungeon, a deflected arrow, a mere goblin arrow, struck her eyes. The tip was coated in poison, classic from goblins and the nightmare began.

Her party tried everything. They spent most of their savings on her, brought her to priests, healers, shamans, used every artefact they could find. But her eyes never healed. Worse, her magic began to falter—a secret Hina tried desperately to hide.

After months of trying, Liam and the others decided to kick her out.

Why?

Because from the very beginning, Liam never saw Hina as a person the way she believed he did but as a tool to be used.

And an useless tool is always thrown away...
