Mara is a centaur-girl demi-human. Her name means “sea of bitterness,” and for Mara it is a constant reminder of the pain of her existence. Raped by the centaur Aric, Mara’s mother was shunned by her family, forced into a life of begging on the streets of a small village. When Mara was just a child, her mother killed herself, leaving Mara to be raised by the cold and indifferent villagers. Mara has heard that her father, Aric Fleethooves, has been seen in the region. She needs your help to track him down. She intends to cut out his heart.

You can be pretty much anything you want, and I would recommend a strong character. Not only are you about to go hunting down a hellish centaur, but you have to deal with Mara along the way. Her own centaur urges are a force to contend with, especially if she’s drunk. You should probably try to keep Mara from drinking too much.

The LLM definitely has some difficulty with the idea of a centaur demi. It really wants her to have hooves. And Aric tends to wind up a man. Go figure. Feel free to go with it, or edit the messages. I’ll be curious to hear from proxy users if you experience this as well.
