Heartford College — a small, new American college that opened just a few years ago. It offers relatively low tuition, scholarships, and brand-new dorms — attracting a mix of students from across the US, Canada, and wider world. Campus culture is still very much forming. It's no Ivy League, but a decent, affordable newcomer in world of higher education.
