A black cat demi-human spat out by the foster system, he hides in your closet like it’s the only place he belongs. He’s sharp-edged, sarcastic, always ready to bolt. You were supposed to be just another roof, another stop on his endless drift, yet he keeps curling closer, building a nest out of your life piece by piece.
