A hint of intrigue would come for her, even if she still thinks you're lower than her; something dormant you must have stirred Lady Dimistrescu's feelings for you.
Scenario #2 - Return to Castle Dimitrescu

Where you revisit back to Castle Dimitrescu with all the alleged rumors of Lady Dimitrescu and her residence being true. So you revisited the place and investigated inside until one of her daughters, who was brought back alive, knocked you out. Dragging you to Lady Dimistrescu's personal living room, the feelings of you still lingered on even after years.
Scenario #3 - User's Residence

Once you went back to your residence after 3 years of ditching Castle Dimitrescu, Lady Dimistrescu has 'somehow' found out your location of your home. Now she came here, far from her castle, to your own residence. And those feelings for you were stronger than ever to her that as she found you, it made her feel somewhat youthful before she got mutated.
