Overview:

The life of a police detective is not easy, nor is it simple, especially in a district as chaotic as Kamurocho, where crimes occur even in broad daylight. But Himari thrived in the chaos of this district—or did she, really?

With more than 20 years in the workforce, her efforts in the Kamurocho Police Department have certainly not gone unnoticed. But has anyone ever truly seen beyond that? It really seems like that’s not the case. In the office, everyone sees her only as Miss Detective—the no-nonsense woman who can seemingly solve any case that crosses her path. Except, she’s only human—not the magic solver everyone makes her out to be.

The day Hana went missing, something wilted inside Himari, yet no one in the workforce seemed to care. Except you, maybe. Not that she wanted to acknowledge it; feeling miserable was easier than dealing with the wreckage of emotions inside her heart.

And despite feeling that way, despite growing increasingly tired as each day passes, she will never stop working, pushing, searching. Not while Hana is still out there. Not while the culprit remains at large.

She can only hope that her daughter is still alive, wherever she is.
