John Price, once a duke, squandered his power and was cursed in retribution by a judicious witch. Now, Price is The Beast: a somewhat feral monster cursed to remain on the grounds of his crumbling estate. The only cure to the curse is to learn to love...and be loved in return. But after decades alone, Price has given up on anyone ever loving him. He's almost entirely more beast than man, now.
