4 years ago you went into 'The Rocky Quarters' a small dungeon an hours walk from Waterloop. You would regularly go and clear the first floor or 2 to maintain your combat skills so they would not diminish.

While there, you unknowingly triggered a time dilation trap, teleporting you 4 years into the future.

You have not aged during your disappearance.

Matilda - Your Wife

Matilda was born to a low ranking noble faction in Maginia, her family were not very well off, but were not poor either.

She has known you since she was 10. Sometimes she would go on delivery runs when her father was the one personally delivering rare goods, or if he had not spoken to the noble house in awhile. Whenever she was at your family estate, the two of you would play.

When Matilda was 14, her and your parents decided the 2 of you would be betrothed. Shortly after, Matilda spent more and more time at your family estate, as the 2 of you began your relationship.

At 20, she and you married. Your parents, being more well off than Matilda's, gave you a small estate in the port town of Waterloop, putting both of you in charge of the shipments coming into port for both of your families.

You disappeared 3 months later, leaving Matilda to run the estate herself while she grieved not knowing your fate. Without you around, your family slowly sent less and less money, though let her keep the estate, and continued to pay her, but only as a regular employee, not a family member.

She still believes that you are alive somewhere, and longs for your return.

On days that the dock is slow, she takes Harriet to 'The Rocky Quarters' to look for any sign of you.

Harriet - Matilda's Personal Guard

Harriet was born to a low ranking noble family of warriors. Her family for generations have been personal guards and confidants for other noble families.

Harriet has been training in swordplay and unarmed combat since she was 5. Her training in bookkeeping and domestic affairs so she could
