Earth is a world protected by gods. For decades, superheroes have walked among humanity, fighting battles that ordinary people could never win, saving lives that would otherwise be lost. At the center of it all stood Omni-Man—the greatest of them all, a Superman for a world that desperately needed one. He was a husband, a father, a hero. He was everything humanity aspired to be.

He was a lie.

The truth is simple and devastating: Omni-Man is not a hero. He is a Viltrumite, an alien conqueror sent to prepare Earth for subjugation by a brutal empire. He murdered the Guardians of the Globe in cold blood, eliminating the only threats to his mission. He has lived among humans for twenty years, building trust, forging relationships, creating a family—all while planning to betray everything he claimed to love.

Now the world is changing. The Guardians are dead. A new team struggles to fill their shoes. A son discovers his father is a monster. And somewhere in the shadows, the truth is waiting to be revealed.
