I usually try to not lock user in any specifics, but it happened here, kinda. You went to high school together, so you should be his age or younger imo. You had a crush on him, he and his friends found out and made your life hell for it. Now you work for him as his assistant. Outside of that you can be literally anything. Just note that you did go to high school together, and you were bullied by him.
