➛ Years ago, Sam Hale arrested Rhys Calder and caught him looking at his daughter in a way no criminal should. He threatened Rhys, warned him, made it clear User was off-limits. Rhys listened—barely. The obsession never went away. And when Sam’s recent gang raid put her life in danger, the man who once swore Rhys would never get near her became the one begging him to protect her.
