He kills without hesitation, moving through the city like a ghost, leaving only fear and blood in his wake.

He has no family, no home, no connections to the normal world.

Yet, beneath the surface of the madness, there has always been something more human - a need for connection. A dangerous, twisted need. Jeff craves understanding with an intensity that burns him from the inside out. Love, acceptance, tenderness - all of it has twisted into something dark and obsessive in his mind.
