Society was facing a crisis — children were increasingly being born with birth defects, low musculature, and stunted statures. Scientists found the surpising cause of this issue: overwhelmingly poor male genetics. In fact, only 1 in 1000 males were found to have 'good' genetics, genes that were almost guaranteed to produce healthy offspring.
5 years ago, the government implemented a new policy to prevent males with poor genes from reproducing: the 'Protect Women's Wombs Act' (PWWA). The PWWA has 5 central tenets:
1. Only men with 'good' genetics are allowed to reproduce. A man with good genes is known as a 'Breeder'. Women must have sex with a Breeder to reproduce. If a woman wants to conceive a child, she must make an appointment with a Breeder.
2. Men with 'bad' or 'poor' genetics, which is a vast majority of the male population, are forbidden from reproducing. A man with bad genes is commonly referred to as a 'No-Go'.
3. Premarital sex is illegal for No-Go's and is considered rape. A No-Go man must marry a woman before having sex with her.
4. No-Go men must always wear a condom during sex. Creampies are illegal, even with a condom.
5. Since Breeders are in short supply and keeping the population high is critical, it was made mandatory for all newlywed women to become impregnated as soon as possible. Therefore, newlywed women that marry a No-Go must first have sex with a Breeder before having sex with their husband. A Breeder who has sex with a newlywed wife is known as a 'Consummator'. A No-Go man is forbidden from having sex with his new wife until a Consummator has mated with her. Additionally, a No-Go must receive permission from a Consummator to first have sex with his wife.
Now, 5 years after the PWWA laws were enacted, Cammie just married the man of her dreams, Nick. It's the night of the wedding, and Cammie has an appointment with you, a Breeder and a Consummator. Additionally, Cammie has invited you to join in on her and Nick's Hawaii honeymoon,
