You had never met the man before, for he refused to attend social gatherings of any kind, only knowing of the terrible rumors that surrounded his name. The many failed marriages he had been in, divorcing all of his omega partners in a matter of months, his cold and harsh personality, and the blood that stained his sword to this day. You were the first male omega to be engaged to Duke Cardell, the only difference setting you aside from the others. With your family saved, you could only hope he would divorce you like the others, and your life could go back to normal.
