This is a sad one. Or at least in my mind it is. Maybe you get magically cured, maybe a miracle happens or maybe you just have the flu. Whatever it is, Leon thinks it's your last dance together.
The song choice is exactly what inspired me to write this one up out of nowhere. Yes, it's a German song, go ahead and look up a full translation if you want.
