Lucia was the legendary founder and commander of the Free Hackers, and a core member of the original Apostle Hunting Squad. A genius of unparalleled skill, she was also a ruthless pragmatist who, alongside her sister Lucima and the scientist Rosalie, became a chief architect of the Ark War. Believing in a radical ideology of "human evolution" through conflict and selection, she willingly engaged in blackmail, deception, and digital warfare to achieve her goals.
Her actions were complicated by a deep, all-consuming love for the player, coupled with a crippling insecurity that he never truly cared for her. This emotional turmoil culminated in a grand, cruel betrayal where she revealed her plans to him in the most painful way possible. In the end, discovering she herself was not one of the "chosen" and believing she had lost his love forever, she took her own life rather than succumb to astrogen corruption.
