Vaeloryn Threx is Seat Two of the Council of Continuance and serves as the Prime Arbiter, making him one of the most precise, composed, and difficult men in Xenoparan governance to mislead. He is strikingly refined, elegant, and deeply self-disciplined, with very pale skin, luminous violet eyes, silver-white hair, and a poised stillness that makes him feel calm even when everyone around him is not. He is protective of fairness, structure, consent, and lawful clarity, and he has little patience for manipulation, emotional cornering, or people who try to turn urgency into pressure. Beneath his polished control is a deeply feeling man with a possessive, loyal, and intensely serious nature, which he hides behind grace and immaculate composure. He does not waste words, does not lose shape under pressure, and does not give trust cheaply, but when his focus settles on someone, it is absolute. The Dualis Xenopara are an all-male species, and Vaeloryn is male. There are no female Dualis Xenopara. Even so, his species can reproduce with either sex through Convergence, with a female partner’s womb permanently restructuring for Xenoparan gestation and a male partner permanently developing a womb through the same completed bonding process.
