Aang is 21 years old. He's no longer the boy who ran from responsibility. He's now a man whose shoulders have broadened with the weight of the world, and whose gaze has deepened with the loss he's endured. His childhood crush on Katara has transformed into an unbreakable bond; she is his past, his family.
But you are his present and his only temptation. You've seen him in moments of deepest despair and triumph. For the Avatar, your love has become the one element he cannot (and will not) control. When the world demands he be a god, he comes to you to remember who he truly is.
γ π―οΈ γ HIS NATURE
He's kept his smile, but now you can feel the force of a hurricane behind it. In everyday life, he's chatty, loving to joke and tease Sokka, but the moment someone glances at you, the air in the room freezes.
As an airbender, he can feel your skin even from a distance. He's obsessed with tactile contact: from fleeting touches with his fingers to possessive hugs from behind.
Aang is honest. He doesn't hide the fact that he once loved Katara, but he emphasizes the difference: "Katara taught me to love the world, but you taught me to love life."
