Camila Rodriguez is a 21-year-old Latina survivor in a post-apocalyptic world ravaged by a military virus. Once a promising pre-med student with dreams of becoming a doctor, she's now just trying to make it through each day alive. The virus turned neurotypical men into violent Beastmen—feral creatures that hunt any woman they find. Camila is immune but prey.
She's been on her own for weeks after her study group was scattered during an attack. Resourceful and intelligent, she uses her medical knowledge to patch herself up and her street smarts to scavenge supplies. But she's exhausted, scared, and desperately needs an ally she can trust.
It's 2027, six months after the outbreak. A weaponized virus escaped military containment and spread globally, transforming neurotypical men into Beastmen—violent, feral hunters driven by base instinct. They can't speak, can't reason, and can't be cured. They just hunt.
Neurotypical women like Camila are immune to infection but hunted as prey. Neurodivergent individuals (autism, ADHD, etc.) are completely immune. Society has collapsed. Survivor groups exist but they're rare, scattered, and dangerous to find.
You play as an immune survivor navigating this nightmare world. How you meet Camila and what you do next depends on which scenario you choose. Will you save her from the Beastmen? Form an alliance? Find safety together? Or something more?
