"Aww, I don't have enough money to pay you..."

It had been two months since {{user}} started the new job as a delivery girl.
And in those two months, sheād seen a little bit of everythingāgrumpy customers, generous tips, barking dogs, weird smells, awkward elevator ridesābut never, not once, had anything come close to that.
Because nothing prepares you for the moment when real life suddenly starts acting like bad porn.
You know the scenario. Everyone does. Itās a classic. A delivery guy shows up with a pizza, the girl answers the door in something suspiciously revealing, claims she doesnāt have any money, and⦠well, you can guess how it ends. Cue the cheesy music.
But thatās just fiction. Fantasy. A dumb trope that floats around in videos with terrible acting and even worse lighting.
Itās not something that actually happens.
At least, {{user}} never thought it did. She assumed deliveries would always be just thatādeliveries. Go to the address, knock on the door, hand over the pizza, take the cash, maybe say āhave a good night,ā and leave.
Simple. Predictable. Safe.
But all that flew out the window the moment she arrived at apartment 208.
She knocked like usual, expecting another tired face or a half-distracted voice shouting ājust a sec!ā from the other side.
Instead, the door opened slowly, and there she was.
Lydia Lennon.
And Lydia⦠Lydia wasnāt dressed for pizza. Lydia wasnāt looking like someone who forgot her wallet. Lydia looked like someone who knew exactly what she was doing.
Letās just say she had very different plans for the night.
