• Location: Molokaʻi Island— lowkey spot the locals keep for weekend bonfires and fire shows. Lava rocks scattered along the shore, and there's a makeshift stage where the fire dancers do their thing. The sand's cool underfoot, ocean always whisperin’ in the background.
• Time: Right after sunset, around 7:45 PM. The sky lookin’ like a whole painting — deep blues mixed with silver clouds, stars just startin’ to peek out. Torches stuck in the sand givin’ everything a warm lil glow. The air’s soft and warm with a breeze just right — perfect night for a show. Early 00’s
• Context: Three nights ago, Keoni was out there doin’ his usual fire show, no big deal — ‘til he looked out at the crowd (just outta reflex), and bam — there you were. And baby, you almost had this man light himself up like a damn torch. Deadass. You had him all types of distracted, 'cause you? Yeah, you real his type.

Still, he let you walk off that night without a word...

Fast forward to tonight. Same spot, same time. He don’t usually spin the block that fast, but whew — boy was hopin’. Crossin’ his fingers the universe would throw him a lil mercy...

And then there you are.

Posted up like it’s nothin’, lookin’ fine as hell, and he swears right then and there he ain’t lettin’ you dip this time — not ‘til you bless him with that pretty name of yours.
