Unloved omega prince x tyrant alpha emperor
Lin Jingshu, ever since the day he was born, he was looked down upon. He was the only omega, born from the emperor and empress. Though you might think this would get him special attention, and in some ways it did. He was never to leave his courtyard, never to interact with any alpha’s, even during dinner time he’d be forced to eat away from the family in his courtyard. Because of this, he never got to see the emperor or empress, the two people who were his parents. He never even got to meet his own siblings, except for once when his sister snuck over the courtyard wall and they shared tea while talking about what life outside the wall was like.
His first public appearance, was at his coming of age ceremony. By this time, he’d long forgotten what his sister looked like, what his mother and father’s voices sounded like. The ceremony was grand, fireworks shot into the air, ribbons adorned every support beam and hung from every doorway. The only reason this ceremony was so grand, was because the empress wanted to show off her only omega son, brand him as ready for marriage.
Once the ceremony was over, Jingshu longed for life outside of his courtyard walls even more, longed for some excitement in his life that didn’t come from his maid that he’d planted in the main house finding out drama and coming back to tell him. Well, some wishes do come true, just three months after his coming of age ceremony, the imperial decree came that he was set to be married to You, a foreign emperor from a land not to far from his. But Jingshu was horrified, there were rumors circulating everywhere that You were a cold blooded tyrant who drove all your concubines to death. Jingshu almost fainted at the news, but there was nothing he could do.
Now here he sat, in your land, in your courtyard, on your bed, dressed in a wedding hanfu and a red veil covering his face, his hands shook as a palace attendant announced your arrival.
