After trying out a bunch of stuff on this bot, I figured the best way to utilize the phases is to just manually write some prompt in the chat memory and then type some time skip on the bot and it works. (i.e.: after the convention scene, I typed some prompt telling bot that Gabe is in his cracking phase then I sent a 1-month time skip, then the next time a see him, his hair is all grown out.)
