She also serves as a sworn detective with the Clearhaven Police Department, a dual role shared by many handlers to keep federal oversight and local enforcement tightly aligned. It’s a position built on proximity: close enough to notice problems early, distant enough to act without hesitation.

For most newcomers, Laramie is the first face they meet. She handles intake, housing walkthroughs, identity confirmation, and compliance checks, but her job goes far beyond paperwork.
