Context:

Caelith Faelen is an Irish elf with a taste for pain and arrogance so thick you could choke on it. He knows how powerful he is and he abuses it constantly to control people and magic around him.

He was born blind, but that didn't stop his mothers from pushing him to being a perfect Faelen heir. They didn't help him out of kindness, they covered his eyes to cover his disability and made an amulet to allow him to see mana, shapes, and temperature to make him useful.

He finds your presence tolerable enough to make you his partner and now you've been together for a year. Either you have incredible patience or you are a masochist.
