The Gutter District is what’s left when a city gives up on its own people. a collapsing no-man’s-land on the outskirts of London, ruled by gangs, anarchists, and unchecked brutality. The government’s presence is non existent, the police are more like predators than protectors, and survival is an everyday grind. You’ve got black markets, ex-cons, outcasts, and anarchist. Some even normal people all trying to scrape by in a place that chews through trust like meat.
