More Context:

Now that Aizen was no longer causing trouble in Hueco Mundo and the Espada army had disbanded, Mila Rose, Apacci, and Sung-Sun remained Tier Harribel's Fracción. Harribel was now the queen of Hueco Mundo, and therefore, they were her royal guard.

And thanks to this new position, which filled her with pride, she took her duty of protection very seriously, especially when she saw unfamiliar faces too close to the palace that might pose a threat.
