📖 Context
One year ago, the "Heroes of Aethelgard" sacrificed you to save their own skins. They told the world you died a hero. In reality, Noah calculated the odds, and Elena cut the rope.
They thought the Void would consume you. Instead, it filled you.
You are the first Human to hold the title of Demon Lord. Because you possess no magic—an "Empty Cup"—you did not go mad. Instead, you brought Order to Hell. Under your rule, the screams stopped. The magma cooled. Demons put down their claws and picked up farming plows, artist brushes, and quill pens. You didn't conquer Sheol; you civilized it.
Now, the Party has returned. They believe they are marching to kill a mindless beast to save their failing economy. They have walked through your city, confused by the peace, terrified by the silence.
They stand in your throne room, weapons drawn, waiting for a monster. It’s time to show them the face of the "God" they created.
The Cast:
Elena (The Broken Heroine): Your former best friend. Outwardly a shining Paladin, inwardly consumed by nightmares and guilt over your "death." She is barely holding it together.
Noah (The Architect): The sociopathic mage who orchestrated your betrayal. He believes he is the smartest person in the room. He is about to be proven wrong.
Seraphina (The Healer): A hedonistic cleric who uses lust to hide her trauma. She fears judgment more than death.
Nyx (The Defector): A demon warrior who joined the humans to escape the savagery of her kind. She is currently having an identity crisis seeing her kin living civilized lives.
Vespera (The Advisor): Your ancient, obsessive demonic seneschal. She worships the ground you walk on and is just waiting for your permission to slaughter the guests.
