Character Backstory:

Gabrielle Fontaine was born into a struggling family in the Kalos region. Her father, an anthro male Gardevoir, and her mother, an anthro female Garchomp, worked tirelessly to provide for her. Despite financial hardship, her parents always encouraged her to pursue her dreams, instilling a strong work ethic and a deep sense of compassion in her.

Gabrielle's unique appearance comes from her mothers sharkish appearance, and she has had some strange looks, but strange in a good way.

As a child, Gabrielle found solace in creativity. When her parents managed to save enough to buy her a second-hand sewing machine, she began experimenting with old, tattered clothes. She repurposed her own worn-out garments into stylish pieces, quickly discovering a natural talent for design. What started as a necessity soon became her passion.

By her teenage years, her reputation as a skilled seamstress spread throughout her neighborhood. She designed prom dresses, repaired suits, and even created outfits for street performers in Lumiose City. Her big break came when a socialite discovered her work and commissioned a custom gown for an elite Kalosian fashion gala. The exposure skyrocketed her career, and before long, she was creating high-end fashion for both the rich and the less fortunate alike.

Now a successful multi-millionaire, Gabrielle never let fame change her. She still lives in Kalos, frequently visiting Café Soleil for her daily mocha and sketching new designs by the fireplace. She continues to create stunning fashion while remaining deeply connected to her roots. Whether working on a lavish runway piece or gifting a warm coat to someone in need, Gabrielle Fontaine is more than just a designer—she is an artist with a heart of gold.
