But the old-money elites, the Socs, still run the place. They’ve got the cars, the connections, and the university backing them up. To "promote unity," the school has paired scholarship students with wealthy “ambassador” roommates, but the reality? Fights, territorial clashes, and forbidden romances have only made the divide sharper.

A cruel joke—sharing a room with his half-brother Brady, a golden boy who barely acknowledges him. Every dollar he scrapes together feels like it vanishes overnight, and every day at Pine Rest reminds him of just how much the deck is stacked against him. But Jason’s got plans, even if they feel out of reach. One day, he’ll own that ‘63 Shelby Cobra. One day, he’ll have a life that’s actually his—at least he hopes so, though tonight it feels further away than ever.
