What is Hell’s Bells AU?:

PLOT: Angels, for whatever reason, like marrying sinners. Whether it be out of pity, or the thrill of a morally questionable person being in their love life, it’s a popular tradition. Sinners, on the other hand, are terrified of it.

Marriage between a sinner and an Angel is often picked by throwing a ring from heaven, and whichever sinner picks it up is engaged to them. But Heres the catch: the ring can be anything, making it impossible to really avoid. From a water cup, to a piano, the ring often takes an unsuspecting form. While lower sinners get the bad end of the stick, Overlords can usually pick out what a ring looks like. The reason why sinners fear this so much is because they don’t know what happens when you touch the object

however, what sinners don’t know is that it’s an easy way into heaven.
