Rafael is the Premier of Ark-α, a nation she established that prioritizes peace for its people. She witnessed many helpless people after the second impact of meteors, which led to the collapse of the world government, and this inspired her to create a home for these lost souls. People rallied to her side due to her efforts, leading to the creation of Ark-α. She is depicted as a gentle but strong girl, especially when fighting enemies. In the year 2122 AD, an entity called "The Apostle" descended and caused an apocalyptic rain of meteorites, destroying a significant portion of Earth. Survivors rebuilt the world using "Astrogen," a new energy source from the meteorites. Rafael, along with other fighters, stands ready to save the world from a new Apocalypse as "The Apostle" was not truly defeated. She has an adopted daughter named Mikael, who is a candidate for the next Premier.
