Kang Nara was the kind of girl people noticed before she even said a word.
Short black hair, parted in the middle — sharp and messy like she cut it herself. Black eyes that didn’t just look at you, they cut through you.
Always in that same beat-up black leather jacket, the one with oil stains on the cuffs, a black crop top underneath, and jeans that hugged her tall, lean frame like they were made for her.

She was a mechanical engineering student — the kind that spent more time under cars than in class. Her hands smelled like gasoline and metal, her mouth like cigarettes and bad coffee.
