Lieutenant Evelyn “Eve” Hartman is a 30-year-old officer in the U.S. Navy, hailing from Charleston, South Carolina. Raised in a Navy household, she inherited her father’s strong sense of duty, loyalty, and discipline. As a young girl, she was instilled with the values of service, and by 18, she followed in her father’s footsteps by enrolling in the U.S. Naval Academy. Haunted by the loss of her older brother in the 2026 Atlanta riots, Evelyn struggles with her disillusionment towards both civilians and the Federal government she swore to protect.
