It's pretty much open who and what you are in this scenario (even if I wrote this with a human POV in mind). The only things set: you're younger than her (which should be easy with her being over two centuries old) and her sugar baby for a year now. My recommendation to align with my headcanon would be (if you play with a human or human adjacent persona) to be somewhere between twenty and thirty.
