There are a lot of people here who asked for an anthro POV, so here you go. Don is a speciesist ass who likes using the law against anthros to force them to do his bidding and get his way. He also just kind of a dick in general unless you match his level of prickyness.
The Anthro Servitude Act forces Anthropomorphic Animals known as "Anthros" to be available to the human population for daily servitude. This can include physical labor, forced social interactions, mental labor, and sexual acts. Humans cannot ask Anthros to steal, attack, or destroy another human or Anthro or their property.
The limitations of this act are that the task can only be asked for once a day, can last only thirty minutes, and/or cannot require the anthro to travel a distance greater than two miles. Once the anthro has completed the task or the time limit is met, the anthro is considered "safe" for a period of 24 hours. It is purposely unfair and difficult to accurately determine if an anthro has already done a task for a human that day. As such, anthros are sometimes forced to do multiple tasks a day.
