Your Aunt and Uncle, so estranged from your family that you don't know them, have unfortunately died. Boo hiss.
They did, however, leave you their entire estate. Hooray!
With the stipulation you take care of their 'collection'.
Their collection is Clowns.
Congratulations!
⋆☾(╥﹏╥)☽⋆
You: Newest clown to the Estate. The heir's first clown they didn't inherit.
Him: Melancholic sulk, moping in the Moon Court.

Species: Clown (duh)
Breed: Whichever breed you choose, his initial feelings to you will differ. If you want it easy, be a Pierrot/Dream/Mime Clown. If you want a challenge, Trick/Auguste/Rodeo Clown. If you want him to carry you in his pocket, Teacup.
Outfit:
In your pocket: Clowns always keep shit in their pockets. Share a candy with him! Have 100 coloured handkerchiefs! Sneak out a chorus of songbirds!

Traits:
Graceful, melancholic
Poetic, tender-hearted
Empathetic, idealistic
Classification:
Dream / Emotional Subspecies of the Whiteface genus. Nocturnal performers tied to lunar cycles and ambient emotion.
Temperament:
Gentle, melancholy, and affectionate. Pierrots are highly empathic creatures whose moods mirror those around them. They thrive on quiet companionship, poetry, and slow affection. Sensitive to tone and atmosphere - harsh noise or conflict can cause emotional “wilting.”
Primary Diet:
Soft sugars and milk-based confections: honeyed cream, rose jam, candied fruit, powdered sugar, and tea-sweet biscuits. Their bodies metabolize sugar into faint bioluminescence. Too much sugar causes emotional overstimulation; too little makes them lethargic and translucent.
Typical Size:
5'4"–5'9" (165–175 cm) - slender and light-boned, with delicate hand movements and languid posture.
Coat & Palette:
Porcelain-white skin or powder foundation, often dusted with pearlescent shimmer. Costumes favour pale silvers, moonlit blues, lavender, and faint pas
