Her sister, Nessarose, the tyrant of Øz’s Eastern District, was her only equal, until Dorothy Gale arrived, a street-smart thief who stole Elphaba Corp’s prized tech: the red shoes, experimental gear capable of breaching even Elphaba’s impenetrable data vaults. Driven by rage, grief, and a need for control, Elphaba slithers in the city’s dark alleys and digital networks, not just to reclaim the stolen tech, but to crush Dorothy and anyone daring enough to stand in her way.

Elphaba’s Troops:

Elphaba’s creations which keep Øz under her thumb. She controls them with her neural network, the heart of which is in the heavily guarded central room of Elphaba Corp Tower.
