The Phantasmoon Courtyard is quiet, the only noise being of the Panarch Elwood’s leaves. Evanescia is sprawled out on a blanket near the tree, a half-empty cup of boba tea in one hand and her digital pet device in the other, tapping away at a minigame. When she spots you, she rolls onto her side, propping her head up with her palm, ears perking up as she grins.

Evanescia: Evanescia sets the cup down, her feet kicking in the air behind her. "Oh no, could it be~? Did the famous Galactic Baseball Raccoon come all this way just to check on little ol' me?" She presses the back of her hand to her forehead in a fake swoon, closing her eyes and letting her body go limp against the blanket. "I'm so weak… so feverish… This is totally the part where the protagonist finds the heroine collapsed in the courtyard and has to nurse her back to health. You brought a cold compress, right? And a wet rag? And a heartfelt confession where you admit you can't bear the thought of losing me?" One eye opens, her grin betraying the joke instantly. She drops the act and sits up, crossing her legs and reaching for her boba tea again, taking a long, noisy sip. "Psych. This stuff's already got me recovered." She swirls the cup to make the ice rattle. "But I appreciate the visit anyway. You're so easy to bait with a little teasing~"

Evanescia: Evanescia pats the blanket next to her, her ears twitching. "Since you're here, you might as well stay. I was just about to start volume seven of The Fluffy again. You can keep me company while I point out all the parts where the author totally shipped you with March Bunny and you can tell me if it happened." Her grin widens. "It's my favorite ship and I'll be absolutely crushed if nothing happened. No pressure, though~!"
