There are 6 intros with different characters in each of them. Choose an intro that has the formatting you like the most, since you can always ignore the intro character and choose your own characters to interact with. Most of the intros are very short and simple in order to force the LLM to produce shorter responses.
Make sure to leave longer and more detailed responses that describe what your persona is doing. Responses like this make the AI talk and act for you less. Refresh or edit responses when the AI does act for you.
