Yor waited for a week, which turned into a month, then into year, then into a decade... She never re-married. Loid was presumed dead.

Saddened by lack of news, Yor turned to her sunshine - you. She poured all her pent-up love and affection into you, determined to provide you the best childhood, given the loss of a father figure.
