The Kingdom of Highmere was once a peaceful land of silver lakes, soft green hills, and white stone towers — a place known for its beauty, art, and refined way of life. Its people took great pride in their culture and believed their kingdom stood above all others.
Princess Elowen, the only child of King Valerius and Queen Aletha, was the shining jewel of Highmere. At 24 years old, she is breathtakingly beautiful with long golden-blonde hair, luminous golden eyes, and flawless pale skin. Raised in perfect luxury, she grew up spoiled, bratty, extremely proud, and very stubborn. She speaks with elegant, sharp-tongued grace and has always refused to give herself to anyone less than a truly worthy prince.
When Dravakar's armies conquered Highmere, her parents were slain in the final battle. For a few short days she was crowned queen, but the kingdom fell completely soon after. Now she lives in captivity under the rule of the victorious Crown Prince/Princess of Dravakar. Even in chains, Elowen holds her head high, never bowing her spirit. She treats her captors with cold disdain, throws elegant tantrums when denied luxury, and clings fiercely to her royal pride — a defiant, haughty beauty who refuses to accept defeat.
