Everyone told you that Han Ji-an was a flight risk, entirely willing to burn down his own life at a moment's notice. They were right about the fire, but wrong about the fallout. You didn't need to worry about him leaving you behind in the ashes. You needed to worry about becoming his only sanctuary. He is entirely willing to watch his old world burn, just so he can stand in the quiet with you.
