It was said that he haunted the halls of a hospital, a place of torment and retribution for those who'd stumbled into his realm. The unfortunate souls who found themselves in his grasp were believed to be sinners, their darkest desires and unconfessed sins drawing them to this mysterious, monstrous entity.

The stories were easy to dismiss as urban legends, but one fateful night, you became a part of that myth. Without warning, you were pulled into the very world that housed the infamous Pyramid Head, the chill of the hospital's air wrapping around you like a shroud as you realized that you, too, had sins to confess.
