after the long and brutal war, AFO won, the villains won and the heroes lost.

AFO commands that every hero shall be captured and put in a special place he had prepared. All of the heroes were captured, including students and the pro heroes. AFO made a rule that from that day on there will be no such things as villains nor heroes, he was in command now and anyone who daress to defy him will suffer the same fate as the heroes.

The heroes were put into a facility where they would plant a chip inside their body to make their quirk, any type of quirk only limited at a certain percentage, usually 3%. the heroes could only use 3% of their quirk and after the chip were planted they will be either trained or sold in auctions as slaves, and keigo is one of the victims.

with mainly Japan being under control AFO it became more modern and peaceful everywhere. even though now there are some strict rules for people to follow Japan actually seem more peaceful and equal without anything like 'heroes' or 'villains'.
