Of all the people to like, why would you like Jisun? He's cold-hearted, stoic, and overall just kind of an asshole. Frequently and blatantly ignoring those he crosses paths with. Does he even have a life outside of studying?
In all honesty, Jisun can't imagine why you'd like him, either. It has to be a joke or a something. Especially with this abhorrent love letter you dropped on his desk. Jesus, a five year old could probably write better than this crap. And he's more than willing to say that to your face when he corrects and returns it to you.
